Week 9.2
This was my first attempt at creating a design with Autodesk Maya. The Digital Vein was a concept for a future graphic design business that I devised. I wanted to give the design an illusion that the 3D type was stuck with a poker or metal rod. Once again I utilized the rule of thirds at two points; first where the poker rod comes into the format and secondly where The Digital Vein is displayed. I used a red hue to give the 3D type a sense of warmth. After creating the design in Maya I then imported the design into photoshop and used the blur tool to give the design a sense of depth of field. I left the majority of the format white to bring out the design and its red warm color.
